Terms and Conditions

1. Who operates this site

This site (inkdriftpublishing.com) is operated by InkDrift Publishing S.A.S., a publishing imprint registered with the Agencia Colombiana del ISBN under publisher prefix 978-628-97345.

2. What this site is and is not

The site presents InkDrift Publishing, its authors and its catalogue. It is not a shop: when a book is on sale, its purchase link will take you to Amazon, where the transaction is processed under Amazon's terms. InkDrift Publishing does not handle payments, shipping or returns for books bought on Amazon.

3. Authorship, editing and editorial responsibility

Each work states its credits: Noa Luar is credited with the authorship of the works she publishes with InkDrift Publishing, and Gael Darvel with the editing and curation where so stated. InkDrift Publishing S.A.S. is the publisher: it operates this site and is responsible for its institutional information, the details of each edition and communication with readers, the media and rights holders through its official channels.

4. Nature of the content

Noa Luar's content on emotional self-care, mindfulness and mindful writing is literary and reflective in nature: it does not constitute clinical, psychological or therapeutic treatment, nor does it replace support from a health professional. Gael Darvel's curatorial role at the house does not imply professional, scientific or therapeutic credentials.

5. Intellectual property

The texts, images and other content on this site are the property of InkDrift Publishing S.A.S. or are used with the corresponding authorization. They may not be reproduced without prior written authorization, except for brief quotations with the corresponding attribution.

6. Mailing list

The site does not currently offer subscription to mailing lists. When it does, subscription will be voluntary and governed, in addition to these terms, by our personal data processing policy. You will be able to unsubscribe at any time from the links in each email.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when our practices change. We will always publish the current version at this same address.

8. Contact

For questions about these terms, write to editorial@inkdriftpublishing.com.
